




**About the position** The role serves as a technical reference for optimizing mineral processing plant operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, standardization, and reliability in production routines. Directly contributes to building and implementing the company's operational excellence program, initiating structured continuous improvement practices. **Responsibilities** * Map, analyze, standardize, and optimize mineral processing operations. * Monitor plant operational routines, ensuring performance, quality, and timely execution. * Lead continuous improvement projects and productivity efficiency enhancements. * Manage operational indicators and interpret laboratory and process data. * Evaluate and ensure proper use of production process inputs. * Develop and review analytical methods and technical standards. * Prepare and maintain operational procedures and technical reports. * Collaborate with operational laboratories to ensure product quality control. * Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and monitor field implementation. * Comply with and reinforce safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations. * Support the implementation of the geometallurgy and operational excellence program. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Industrial, Process, Automation, Civil or related fields); * Solid experience in process improvement within plant operations; * Experience in projects and operational routines; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance (predictive, preventive, corrective); * Proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and process control; * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with technical tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Minitab; * Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
