Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in various stages of construction work, from site preparation to maintenance, while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse involvement at construction sites, ranging from cleaning to maintenance. 2. Essential support to masons, carpenters, and other professionals. 3. Responsible for organization, material transportation, and workplace safety. \- Prepare and organize the construction site for service execution. \- Transport, load, and unload materials and tools. \- Prepare concrete, mortar, and other materials as instructed. \- Assist masons, carpenters, drillers, mechanics, and other professionals in carrying out tasks. \- Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace. \- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and temporary structures when necessary. \- Maintain appropriate storage of materials used on-site. \- Follow safety regulations and correctly use provided PPE. \- Demolish concrete, masonry, and other structures; prepare construction sites by clearing the area and compacting soil. Perform first-level maintenance, including cleaning machines and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing any mechanical defects. \- Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials. \- Clear vegetation from the area using a brush cutter; \- Perform minor maintenance tasks at the construction site; \- Low-voltage electrical maintenance services; \- Perform related duties.
