Description: Position Requirements: * Technical degree in Industrial Production, Agribusiness, Chemical Processes, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel (table management, charts, KPIs) and production tracking systems. * Desired experience in operation of continuous industrial processes, Production Planning and Control (PPC), and fertilizer production. This opportunity represents a strategic role where the main challenge will be to directly contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions aligned with MWM’s and Tupy’s objectives. We seek a proactive professional ready to collaborate across departments and tackle technical and operational challenges with a forward-looking perspective. Key responsibilities of the professional: * Validate weekly production schedules and adjust them according to raw material availability. * Verify inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and additives. * Monitor operational parameters of the production line (temperature, humidity, particle size) and efficiency. * Coordinate cleaning and segregation during formulation changes (to prevent cross-contamination). * Manage finished goods inventory and release products for freight scheduling. * Ensure continuous workflow and communication with the team for immediate adjustments. * Report production KPIs (volumes, losses, OEE) to MWM management. 2512210202551875770
