




**Responsibilities:** * Monitor and implement the institutional integration and onboarding process, with a focus on the employee experience during the initial cycles; * Serve as a facilitator for performance evaluation cycles, guiding leaders and employees in goal setting, feedback delivery, and development planning; * Plan, execute, and monitor mandatory training programs and technical and behavioral development initiatives; * Track and report HR metrics—including turnover rate, absenteeism, average time-to-hire, internal promotion rate, among others; * Support organizational climate surveys, consolidate results, and assist managers in developing action plans; * Design and implement internal marketing and communication initiatives aligned with the organization’s culture and values; * Promote and disseminate HR policies and guidelines across construction sites and business units, serving as a technical reference and liaison with local teams; * Comply with and promote the company’s management system procedures, manuals, and policies (e.g., quality, safety, environment, compliance). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Practical knowledge of assessment tools and methodologies (e.g., DISC, Nine Box, experience-based evaluation, climate surveys); * Familiarity with People Analytics and HR metrics; * Experience with ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems); * Knowledge of feedback methodologies and competency-based management. **Skills:** * Autonomy and strong sense of prioritization; * Active listening and empathy; * Effective communication across all hierarchical levels; * Proactivity in proposing solutions for organizational development.
