Your tasks * Monitor daily service schedules and production planning, providing direct support to supervisors and periodically reporting to management. * Participate in service scheduling meetings with the client, communicating to supervisors and management any identified changes, interferences, or pending items. * Plan and schedule, jointly with the inspector, supervisors, and manager, the services to be performed in the following week, preparing the scheduling spreadsheet and forwarding it to management and the client upon request. * Be responsible for controlling Continental Services’ operational routine, including daily maintenance reports, monthly service order reports, and maintenance shutdown schedules, as well as supporting the development of teams executing services, in partnership with supervisors and management. * Mediate and manage billing processes, as well as monitor and conduct statistical analysis of performed activities. * Be responsible for documentation required for client billing. Your profile * Degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel. * Strong sense of responsibility and initiative in performing tasks. * Effective communication skills across various departments and organizational levels. * Desired experience in Demand Planning, Materials Scheduling, and Production Planning & Scheduling.
