Why not join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an IT Infrastructure Intern, your responsibilities will include:** * Handling service tickets via the Service Desk system; * Providing remote support and guidance to restore IT operations and services; * Collaborating with Support Analysts if first-level support fails to resolve issues; * Conducting training sessions and creating internal manuals and procedures; * Proposing internal improvements; * Performing maintenance and configuration on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; * Handling service tickets related to landline, mobile, and telecom billing. We seek a creative and communicative individual eager to learn, who can contribute to continuous infrastructure improvement and suggest adjustments when necessary.
