Job Summary: Professional required for analysis and processing of topographic data, project development, technical support, and development of 3D models in a BIM environment. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and processing of various topographic data 2. Development and improvement of projects (as-builts, etc.) 3. Development of 3D meshes and introduction to BIM Main Responsibilities: Perform analysis and processing of topographic survey data collected using total stations, GNSS receivers, laser scanners, and UAVs; review project drawings; adapt and improve designs; and produce deliverables (e.g., design drawings, as-builts) in the office; provide technical support and guidance to field teams; develop 3D meshes, cross-sections, profiles, and volume calculations; and begin working with BIM. Location: Congonhas/MG Requirements: * Technical education in Building Construction, Road Engineering, Surveying, Geoprocessing, or related fields. * Experience in earthwork projects. * Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (topography, surfaces, profiles, sections, volumes, sheets). * Process topographic survey files using Autodesk Civil 3D. * Create and edit surfaces, longitudinal profiles, and cross-sections. * Perform cut-and-fill volume calculations with high detail accuracy.
