Job Summary: ONmnia Group is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team, qualify leads, negotiate proposals, and provide customer service. Key Highlights: 1. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team and managing operational demands, including proposals, orders, follow-ups on scheduled contacts, tracking processes via system, and maintaining spreadsheets of active and inactive customer lists. **This position is 100% on-site.** Responsibilities include: * Supporting the sales team by assisting with lead generation and customer relationship management. * Qualifying leads and entering information into the system. * Contacting customers as needed via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure prompt and efficient service. * Preparing and negotiating proposals and orders, as well as monitoring the sales process and post-sales support. * Managing and distributing promotional campaigns according to guidelines established by management. * Performing other duties inherent to the role, as required by the company. Minimum Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in commercial roles involving sales support or direct sales is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
