Job Summary: Supervise civil and geotechnical works in dam decommissioning projects, monitor services, track schedules, and ensure compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of civil and geotechnical works in dam projects. 2. Monitoring of structural concrete and earthwork services. 3. Ensuring workplace and environmental safety on construction sites. * Supervise civil and geotechnical works related to dam decommissioning, ensuring compliance with technical standards, project specifications, environmental regulations, and safety requirements; * Monitor structural concrete and earthwork services, verifying material quality and work execution in accordance with design documents and specifications; * Track schedule adherence, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Prepare daily site reports, documenting non-conformities and recommendations; * Ensure implementation of occupational health and safety and environmental procedures at all construction stages; * Coordinate with field ATO teams and contractors to ensure technical and operational alignment; * Monitor technological control tests for construction materials (concrete, soil, rock); * Assess geotechnical conditions of slopes, foundations, and retaining structures, proposing adjustments as necessary.
