Come join our team as a **Junior Human Resources Analyst**! **Responsibilities:** * Support in Payroll Processing * Onboarding, Vacation, and Termination Routines * Recruitment and Selection * Support in Training Processes * Document and File Management * Support for Leaders and Employees **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT) * Basic knowledge of eSocial and Digital FGTS * Entry-level payroll routines * Basic understanding of labor calculations * Experience in the Recruitment and Selection process, from resume screening through onboarding of new hires * Introductory knowledge of payroll systems (TOTVS, Senior, ADP, LG, Metadados, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially basic/intermediate Excel) **Location: Itabirito**
