Job Summary: We are seeking an intern for front-end and back-end software development, responsible for investigating issues and correcting defects in systems. Key Highlights: 1. Software development practice, with focus on front-end and back-end 2. Problem investigation and defect correction in systems 3. Front-end and back-end feature development and maintenance We seek an intern to work at Concert LAB on software development, with focus on front\-end and back\-end **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling tickets escalated by the CS team, investigating issues reported by customers and internal users.· Log analysis, error reproduction, and system defect correction.· Front\-end and back\-end feature development and maintenance.· Implementation of support-related improvements and adjustments.· Technical documentation and procedure creation and updates. **Technical Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Technical knowledge: · Programming logic and data structures.· Basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).· Basic back-end development (C\#, .NET).· Relational database knowledge (ORACLE, PostgreSQL).· Basic REST API consumption knowledge.Desirable knowledge: · Experience (even academic) with code versioning (Git/GitHub).· Familiarity with system monitoring tools.· Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Advantages: · Prior experience in technical support or system maintenance.· Familiarity with coding best practices.· Basic knowledge of continuous integration (CI/CD). **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical thinking and ability to investigate technical problems.· Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.· Organization, proactivity, and autonomy to handle multiple tasks.· Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
