At this time, we are looking for a professional to work as a generalist in the Human Resources area, supporting the HR Coordination team in departmental routines—particularly Recruitment and Selection processes—with emphasis on consistency, standardization, and adherence to deadlines.
**Main responsibilities include:**
* Generalist involvement in HR routines, contributing to their organization and operation.
* Handling tasks according to business priorities and the department’s current needs.
* Organizing, monitoring, and consolidating information, data, controls, and metrics.
* Participation in recruitment and selection processes.
* Strategic monitoring of open positions’ pipelines within recruitment systems.
* Support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Participation in internal initiatives, training sessions, and HR process implementations.
* Support in benefits-related routines, acting as a point of contact for employees and liaising with the Payroll Department and vendors (e.g., platforms such as Flash).
* Supporting HR management in executing internal initiatives, training programs, and process improvements.
Requirements: **Mandatory:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Relevant experience in generalist HR routines, supporting operational and analytical demands.
* Experience in monitoring and analyzing HR metrics (People Analytics).
* Experience using HR and recruitment systems (ATS).
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Clear and concise communication; professional demeanor and strong personal presentation.
**Desirable:**
* Experience in high-volume environments or organizations with multiple locations.
* Basic understanding of Payroll Department processes.
* Experience providing strategic support to management.
* Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction.
* Experience with ATS platforms such as Quickin, Pandapé, Kenoby, or similar.
