We are looking for a person responsible for operating production equipment at the company's facilities, aiming to meet production targets within the required quality and safety standards. Performing the following activities: Operate equipment at the ore processing plant in the processes of crushing and classification, magnetic separation and spiral concentrators, and filtration. Perform cleaning, organization, and 5S of the area and equipment. Fill out daily reports and check\-lists related to ore processing operations. Identify and report possible equipment issues in the processing operation, quality of the produced ore, and activity safety risks. Carry out activities according to operational procedures. Ensure the preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized, aiming to maintain good working conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects. **Working Hours:** Shift regime 4x4, with alternating schedules: * 2 days from **07:00 AM to 07:00 PM** * 2 days from **07:00 PM to 07:00 AM**
