The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security and network systems, identifying potential issues, and escalating them to the responsible technical support teams for resolution. Responsibilities: * Monitor security and network systems * Identify potential problems and failures * Escalate detected issues to technical support teams for resolution * Document incidents and procedures adopted * Ensure proper operation of monitoring systems Requirements: * Prior experience in system monitoring * Knowledge of computer networks * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Availability to work in rotating shifts
