We are seeking a professional to provide strategic support in consolidating managerial information and technically guiding the development and automation team, with a focus on technology and process improvement.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Technically guide the development and automation team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the department’s strategic objectives. This person will be responsible for reviewing code with a focus on quality, security, and performance; supporting the team’s technical growth through mentoring and feedback; managing structural improvements; monitoring performance metrics; and ensuring application reliability. They will also act as a bridge between departments—organizing backlogs and projects, documenting technical decisions, and structuring workflows in partnership with other teams—serving as a reference for project leadership and evolution.

**Backend: Java, Python, C\#, Go \+ Spring Boot, Django, Flask, .NET 8**
**Frontend: Angular, HTML, CSS, JS, TS**
**Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL**
**Automation: UiPath, Python**
**Architecture: SOLID, Clean Code**
**Tools: GitLab, Postman, VS Code, Power BI, JIRA, among others**
**Agile Methods (Scrum, Kanban)**
Education: Information Technology, Systems Development, Engineering, or related fields
Ongoing MBA or specialization
Technical English
Professional Experience: 5–8 years
