At **Digio**, Bradesco’s digital bank, the **Pricing** team ensures sustainable profitability of financial products by strategically defining and monitoring portfolio pricing — specifically within the **Payroll-Deductible Loans and FGTS Advance** product lines. Here, daily work is characterized by extensive collaboration, speed, and autonomy—essential traits for a fintech that continuously grows and evolves. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct pricing and profitability studies for Payroll-Deductible Loans and FGTS products; * Prepare presentation materials for internal departments and the Executive Board; * Develop and analyze profitability and financial reports and indicators; * Monitor and analyze actual vs. projected performance against approved goals and actions, as well as cost variations. * Solve problems involving financial calculations. * Conduct ad hoc studies for economic\-financial feasibility analysis. * Assist in maintaining controls over commercial terms. * Support implementation and maintenance of commercial terms. * Develop and monitor reports on active commercial terms in the Função system. * Collaborate closely with all internal partners and departments. * Participate in meetings to design solutions and processes. * Drive improvements in departmental processes and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience with credit products, preferably payroll-deductible loans; * Financial Mathematics; * Proficiency in Excel and SQL; * Familiarity with the Função system is desirable. **Additional Information** **Behavioral Expectations:** --------------------------------- * Diligence; * Results orientation; * Assertive communication; * Proactive attitude; * Critical thinking; * Logical reasoning; * Resilience.
