Description

Job Summary: Responsible for managing the Live-Line team, planning and executing electrical maintenance on energized networks, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, and acting as a knowledge multiplier. Key Highlights: 1. Management of the Live-Line team and preventive/corrective electrical maintenance 2. Focus on safety, regulatory standards, and operational procedures 3. Knowledge multiplier and technical support Responsible for managing the Live-Line team, planning and conducting preventive, corrective, emergency response, and pruning activities on energized distribution networks up to 26.5 kV (occasionally 34.5 kV), implementing control measures, preparing and applying the Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) with the team prior to each activity, verifying required documentation, equipment, and tools, providing technical guidance to the team, enforcing and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, high-quality results while prioritizing the safety of employees, third parties, and assets. Acts as a knowledge multiplier, providing support and guidance to lower-level staff. Reports to the Operations Supervisor, supplying productivity data and visual records. Responds to incidents via software or physical documents, following contractual guidelines and standard operating procedures. Has 3 or more years of experience in this role. Must be able to drive a vehicle.
