




Job Summary: Responsible for team management in maintenance projects, planning and conducting preventive and corrective electrical activities, commercial services, and ensuring safety. Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations Responsible for field maintenance team management, planning and conducting preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities, emergency response services, and pruning on de-energized distribution networks up to 17.0 kV (occasionally 26.5 kV), planning and conducting commercial service activities (new connections, reconnections, contractual changes, suspensions, energy regularization, and energy recovery), implementing control measures, preparing and applying the Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) with the team prior to each activity, verifying required documents, equipment, and tools for the activity, providing technical guidance to the team, enforcing and monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient, high-quality results while prioritizing the safety of employees, third parties, and assets. Knowledge multiplier, supporting and assisting subordinate levels, reporting to the operational supervisor and providing productivity data and visual records.
