Come to Auxi! **Responsibilities and duties** The Account Manager at Auxi plays a role in **assisting with the management of a condominium portfolio**, meaning they work together with the board member in managing a property. In this role, you will be responsible for **ensuring customer satisfaction and retention** by providing high-quality service and support to board members and residents. In this role, you'll have the challenge of working in our largest business area. Here we manage over **3,300 condominiums** across Brazil and impact more than **600,000 people** every day through our work. **You will also be responsible for:** * Managing the client portfolio through virtual and in-person interactions, responding to requests and inquiries; * Preparing and attending meetings within your portfolio of condominiums, including issuing notices, setting agendas, scheduling, presenting reports, and subsequently preparing meeting minutes; * Preparing budget forecasts for condominiums; * Recording various charges on condominium invoices and releasing them to clients; * Advising board members and residents on the legal obligations of the condominium and their deadlines; * Registering condominium accounts for payment using internal systems; * Monitoring the outstanding balance within your portfolio and proposing actions in coordination with the board; * Collaborating with internal departments responsible for administrative operations such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Administration, Collections, Legal, and IT, ensuring timely responses to client requests; * Offering products and services bearing the Auxi approval seal to board members. **Important!** * This position offers a fixed salary plus variable compensation based on participation in meetings. **Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:** * Ongoing higher education or proven experience in the role; * Experience in customer relationship management. **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Experience in the condominium sector. **Additional information** Our benefits include: Meal or Food Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Birthday Day Off Extended Paternity Leave Partnership with Panvel Pharmacies Childcare Assistance for Mothers And more!
