Job Summary:
Responsible for managing quality control activities, maintaining organized documentation, and representing the company in audits, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead quality control and documentation management.
2. Represent the company in regulatory agency audits.
3. Monitor production processes and implement improvements.
Assume responsibility for all company-related quality control activities.
Maintain the entire quality documentation system organized and up to date. This includes accurate completion of control spreadsheets, production records, non-conformance reports, and other related documents.
Represent the company during audits and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies such as Sanitary Surveillance. Liaise with inspectors, provide requested information and documentation, and ensure company compliance with current regulations.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Analyze quality data and indicators to support strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP):
Proficiency in GMP principles and procedures, essential for ensuring food safety and quality.
Ability to identify and assess risks associated with production processes, implementing appropriate control measures.
Familiarity with applicable food industry standards and regulations, such as the Technical Regulation on Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information, both internally and to regulatory agencies.
Capacity to organize work, prioritize tasks, and ensure data accuracy.
Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Minimum Education: Technical Course
Preferred Qualification: Food Science, Technical Course
