We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and duties** * Verify and compare product quantities from production line outputs against the system; organize the layout to receive products; * Verify the entry and exit of circulating assets used in production; * Count products being loaded, cross-checking them against orders listed on the loading belt, verifying quantities, flavors, and sizes specified; * Inspect the cleanliness and sanitation of loaded vehicles using a checklist containing the company’s established standardization; * Authorize the release of loaded vehicles for departure from the company after completing all regulatory verifications; * Verify and record returns of products, containers, and circulating assets in the system, noting any discrepancies found and attesting to accuracy in the corresponding accountability report; * Receive and verify containers, other circulating assets, and additional materials received from suppliers or distribution centers; * Verify compliance of received containers, other circulating assets, and additional materials with purchase order specifications; * Perform physical counts of received items and compare them with system information; * Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to containers, other circulating assets, and additional materials received; * Conduct regular stock checks to ensure record accuracy; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: currently pursuing a higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Forklift operator certification; * Prior experience in this role, familiarity with goods warehousing, and basic knowledge of inventory and loading operations; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with a 1-hour break, and weekends as needed. **Additional information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Meal Voucher; Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto Dental Plan; Complimentary Life Insurance; Scholarship Program; Education Assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee Support Channel; Pharmacy Partnership; Partnerships with selected universities.
