The professional will be responsible for customer service, over-the-counter medication counseling (without medical prescription), store organization, and support in pharmacy operational routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service at the counter and via telephone; * Clarification of questions regarding medications and cosmetics products; * Restocking and organizing products on shelves and gondolas; * Cashier operation (if required); * Product expiration date verification; * Inventory control support; * Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization.
