




Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting and managing the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance and optimizing usage, including inspections, monitoring, and reporting. Management of traffic violations and penalties related to vehicles Position Title: Fleet Inspector Key Responsibilities: \- Monitor and supervise the company's vehicle fleet usage, verifying compliance with established rules and procedures. \- Conduct regular vehicle inspections, checking items such as fuel level, tires, documentation, among others. \- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance, identifying and resolving potential deviations. \- Record and manage information related to maintenance, refueling, and fleet usage. \- Prepare management reports on fleet status, presenting key indicators and improvement suggestions. \- Manage traffic violations and penalties related to company vehicles, tracking associated processes. \- Support the Human Resources department in employee vehicle usage procedures. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Prior experience in fleet management and supervision. \- Knowledge of traffic regulations, legislation, and related requirements. \- Data analysis and report writing skills. \- Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities. \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability. Preferred Qualifications: \- Training courses in fleet or transportation management. \- Familiarity with vehicle monitoring and tracking systems. \- Technical or higher education in transportation or logistics. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Salary: R$ 3\.222,00 \+ 40%
