Come join the Auxi Condominiums team!** **Responsibilities and duties** This opportunity is to work in a condominium managed by Auxiliadora Predial. The General Services professional performs routine cleaning tasks in buildings, offices, factories, schools, hospitals, residences, and other locations, dusting, sweeping, washing, or waxing areas, furniture, utensils, and facilities to maintain hygiene conditions and preserve them. * Removes dust from furniture, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and equipment by dusting or cleaning with appropriate dusters, cloths, or brooms to maintain their appearance; cleans stairs, floors, mats, and carpets by sweeping, washing, waxing, or vacuuming to remove dust and debris; * Cleans utensils such as ashtrays and decorative items using cloth or sponge soaked in water and soap or other suitable means to maintain the appearance of the areas; arranges bathrooms and toilets by cleaning them with water and soap, detergents, and disinfectants and restocking toilet paper, towels, and soaps to keep them usable; * Collects waste from storage areas, gathering it into bins to deposit in trash containers or incinerators. * May assist in removing or arranging furniture or utensils. * May deliver letters and packages to building occupants. * Workers responsible for cleaning facades with sandblasting or steam are classified under base group 5\-59, construction workers and similar workers not classified under other headings.
