Job Summary: Administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the execution of people management processes. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support and clarification of inquiries Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the execution of people management-related processes. Temporary position **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews). * Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Assist in drafting employment contracts, onboarding, and internal personnel movements. * Attend to employees and clarify HR-related inquiries. * Support the organization of training sessions and internal initiatives. * Ensure confidentiality of information. * Comply with internal policies and current labor legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection is desirable; * Prior experience in onboarding processes is desirable. **Additional Information** ***Benefits*****:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Meal Allowance or Food Allowance Attendance Card Health and Dental Plan (free for the employee) Annual performance bonus GymPass \- access to gyms and wellness services Life Insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
