Values proactivity and technical competence **Opportunity:** Empresarial Prime is seeking an IT Assistant to work at our central office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's technological development within a dynamic and challenging work environment. Prior experience is a plus, but we also seek proactive individuals with technical aptitude—even with limited experience—who are willing to grow while facing daily challenges. **Responsibilities:** * Manage IT systems and infrastructure * Coordinate preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance * Supervise data and network security * Ensure functionality of information systems * Create user access in internal systems * Manage corporate phone lines * Configure equipment for users—including computers, telephones, headsets, and all other equipment required for each employee's tasks. **Requirements:** * Preferably pursuing or having completed a degree in Computer Science or related fields. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day (paid via flexible card) * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment Empresarial Prime values an inclusive and diverse workplace.
