




Description: What are we looking for? Senior Network Analyst to act as the client's technical lead for network operations and projects, with a focus on Wireless solutions and Campus networks (especially SD-Access). The professional must ensure network environments focused on availability, resiliency, and security. Main Responsibilities: Participate in Project and Squad meetings to understand and define Wireless and SD-Access architecture requirements, aligning deliverables and responsibilities; Develop cabling project plans, including activity schedules, in collaboration with the Project Manager; Oversee SD-Access and Wireless solution implementations alongside vendors, focusing on ensuring configuration quality, segmentation (SGT/VRF), and integration of new technologies; Network environment stewardship: Ensure continuous updates of network equipment (Switches, Controllers, Access Points) and guarantee integrity and high availability of implemented solutions; Lead the Change Request Process (RDM) for all interventions in the network’s logical infrastructure and security; Participate in War Rooms for critical troubleshooting of complex Wireless and SD-Access incidents, performing advanced analysis and diagnostics, including opening and tracking support cases (TAC) with Cisco; Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation of the network architecture (including DNA Center, LISP, SGT) and logical topologies. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Wireless networks, including Controllers, Access Points (APs), and radiofrequency (RF) troubleshooting; Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access (Software-Defined Access) architecture; Experience with Cisco DNA Center centralized management platform (Design, Policy, Provision, and Assurance modules); Knowledge of TrustSec table (DNA+ISE); proficiency in access security protocols such as 802.1X; hands-on experience with network segmentation technologies such as VRF (Virtual Routing and Forwarding), SGT (Security Group Tags), and LISP (Locator/ID Separation Protocol); Knowledge of ITIL (primarily Change Management – RDM and Problem & Incident Management) and Kanban (using JIRA); Advanced networking concepts (OSI model, IP addressing, VLANs); Experience with infrastructure documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, draw.io). Differentiators: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA); SD-ACCESS, WLC, EWC, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE); Knowledge of infrastructure documentation software (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Visio, draw.io); Experience in large-scale implementation and migration projects to Cisco SDA architectures; Planning and execution of large-scale Enterprise Wireless network projects (headquarters and branches); Experience in network segmentation projects using SGT and VRF, plus documentation and optimization of existing network infrastructures; Vendor Management and Third-Party Service Oversight; ITIL (primarily Change Management – RDM and Problem & Incident Management); Kanban (using JIRA); Bachelor’s degree completed in Networking or Information Security; Intermediate English; Location: São Paulo/SP (hybrid – 3 days per week onsite) Why build your career at Meta?
