




Job Summary: Lead, guide, and supervise the team, ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and safety requirements, while supporting the development and integration of new employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and operational supervision 2. Ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards 3. Supporting employee training and onboarding DISTRIBUTE, GUIDE, AND SUPERVISE THE ACTIVITIES OF THE TEAM UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. * MONITOR SERVICE EXECUTION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES, TECHNICAL STANDARDS, AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS. * CONTROL EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE, PUNCTUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE, REPORTING INCIDENTS TO MANAGEMENT. * SUPPORT TRAINING AND ONBOARDING OF NEW EMPLOYEES. * IDENTIFY RESOURCE NEEDS (MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR) AND COMMUNICATE THEM TO MANAGEMENT. * DOCUMENT AND REPORT RESULTS, DEVIATIONS, INCIDENTS, AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT. * MAINTAIN WORKPLACE ORGANIZATION AND PROPER USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE). * SERVE AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN OPERATIONAL STAFF AND SUPERVISION/COORDINATION. REQUIREMENTS: * COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION (TECHNICAL COURSE OR FIELD-SPECIFIC QUALIFICATION IS PREFERRED). * PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A TEAM LEADER OR IN A RELATED OPERATIONAL ROLE. * BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF SAFETY STANDARDS AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES. * PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SANITATION.
