Responsibilities and assignments WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL LOOK LIKE: Attend the training course offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within the assigned area, such as: ❑ Implement the Maintenance Plan according to technical standards, procedures, and company targets; ❑ Support the local team and observe the Operator’s daily routine; ❑ Assist with tanker truck receipt processes and quality control; ❑ Perform product storage and handling; ❑ Support fleet refueling operations; ❑ Assist in and conduct product quality verification, truck receipt, and release; ❑ Conduct tests (quality, routine, periodic inspections) and equipment/product checklists; ❑ Assist in failure analysis and planning of preventive and predictive maintenance for base equipment; ❑ Manage material entry and exit, storage, product registration, and quality control; ❑ Record data and information in spreadsheets and management systems, including inputs into the operational expense concept system; ❑ Support invoice issuance routines; ❑ Provide customer, supplier, and/or colleague service; ❑ Apply concepts from the Alert! and SIGO systems; ❑ Support equipment organization, storage, and cleaning of machines and the work environment; ❑ Comply with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards. Requirements and qualifications WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Age: Between 18 and 21 years and 11 months; High school or technical education—enrolled or completed; Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule and participation in activities lasting up to 2 years; ️ Plenty of energy to learn! Responsibilities: **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** The primary mission of this position is to guard premises, public and private areas, with the purpose of preventing, controlling, and combating irregularities. Ensure the safety of people and property, and enforce laws and regulations. Receive and control the movement of people in both freely accessible and restricted areas. Inspect people, cargo, and property; escort individuals and goods. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** Report all incidents occurring during the surveillance period to the immediate supervisor. Control the movement and presence of people—as a security measure—as well as vehicles and material assets, performing identification and registration when required. Conduct surveillance of the company by patrolling and inspecting its premises to prevent fires, thefts, unauthorized access, and other anomalies. Record incidents and actions taken during the shift in the incident logbook, to inform the immediate supervisor and support decision-making for correcting identified irregularities. Perform inspections and patrols throughout all service station premises to prevent situations that could jeopardize the integrity of the building, equipment, and the safety of staff and users. Occasionally, if requested, perform basic cleaning of the weapons used at the service station. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Completion of the 4th grade of elementary school and completion of a Security Guard Training Course. **EXPERIENCE:** Not required. **KNOWLEDGE:** Refresher course in security training. Shift Schedule/Working Hours: 7:45 AM to 5:15 PM — Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Qualification: Security Guard, Extracurricular / Vocational Training Course
