Job Summary: An electromechanical professional responsible for maintaining electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems, ensuring operational continuity and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems. 2. Monitoring of activities via maintenance management software. 3. Performing welding services and repairs on various equipment. Perform electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system work (electromechanical) and minor repairs to support civil engineering areas; Maintain the entire ammonia refrigeration system to ensure full operation and safety (Food Refrigeration); Work in compliance with regulatory standards, technical and quality procedures, workplace environmental conservation, PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), hygiene, health, environmental preservation, and proper handling and storage of tools and equipment (5S); Monitor activities using Maintenance Management/Supervisory Software and create Work Orders (opening, closing, and SLA fulfillment); Operate distribution networks and lines (disconnectors, transformers, generators, and QTA) – 13.8 kV; Conduct inspections/checklists and maintenance on process equipment: evaporators, condensers, motors and exhaust fans, compressors (Maycom and others), freezer and cooler room doors, filters, liquid separators (RI), ammonia tanks, ammonia pumps, purgers, piping, valve/valve rack supports, manual and automatic defrosting of cold rooms, temperature measurement and adjustment of cold rooms, evaporative condensers, and others; Maintain water coolers, split air conditioners, ACJs, refrigerators, and fans; Perform general welding services, adhering to instructions and Welding Inspection Execution Instructions (IEIS); Requirements and Qualifications Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance
