Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level/Senior RPA Developer with experience in process automation using UiPath and integration with databases and APIs for analysis, modeling, and development of RPA solutions. Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced professionals Responsibilities **Engagement Model:** PJ \| Remote work (with occasional visits to the office in SP) **Position Overview:** We seek a Mid-Level/Senior RPA Developer with solid experience in process automation using UiPath and integration with databases and APIs. The professional will be responsible for analyzing, modeling, and developing RPA solutions while ensuring development best practices and process optimization. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Analyze and model business processes to identify automation opportunities ✅ Develop and implement automations using UiPath and AI solutions ✅ Integrate various systems (ERPs, CRMs, databases, RESTful APIs) ✅ Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced professionals ✅ Document developed solutions (flowcharts, technical manuals, usage instructions) ✅ Research and apply technological trends to optimize automations Requirements and Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in business process automation using RPA ✔ Proficiency in UiPath (Studio, StudioX, and Orchestrator) ✔ Experience with SQL Server (queries, data extraction, and integrations) ✔ Knowledge of AI prompt creation and optimization (e.g., GPT) ✔ Development best practices: code versioning, testing, and design patterns ✔ Experience integrating RESTful APIs ✔ Ability to analyze, document, and optimize processes prior to automation **Requirements:** **Soft Skills:** ✔ Proactivity and teamwork ✔ Clear communication, translating technical terms into accessible language ✔ Problem-solving focus and efficiency Desirable **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** ➕ Intermediate/Advanced English (technical documentation comprehension and communication) ➕ UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer)
