Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior .NET Backend Developer to collaborate with an investment bank, developing and maintaining backend APIs and services, designing scalable solutions, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with the largest investment bank in Latin America 2. Development and maintenance of backend APIs and services using .NET (C#) 3. Technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring FCamara is looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer to partner with the largest investment bank in Latin America—specializing in investment capital, venture capital, as well as global wealth and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using .NET (C\#); * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions; * Participate in technical and system architecture decisions; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (frontend, product, QA, etc.); * Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; * Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring (Senior level). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical leadership of projects or squads; * Participation in architecture and distributed system design decisions; * Ability to mentor junior developers; * Product-oriented mindset with focus on delivering value. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Experience working in agile and multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organizational skills. **Additional Information** **Here, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, side by side with our clients, delivering transformative experiences.
