Administrative support and task follow-up We are looking for a receptionist to work at our administrative office located in the Brás area, East Zone of São Paulo (SP). The professional will be responsible for delivering excellent service to internal and external clients both in person and via telephone, as well as performing basic administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** Greet and receive clients, visitors, and suppliers courteously and professionally, both in person and via WhatsApp and telephone; Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed, managing both meeting room calendars and executive calendars; Manage visitor entry and exit, notifying the relevant departments of visitor arrivals; Prepare meeting rooms and serve coffee to visitors and executives; Supervise cleaning assistants’ work and assign them specific tasks; Receive packages and direct them to the respective responsible parties.
