Maintaining area organization and cleanliness standards **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- OPERATE AND ASSIST IN REACTION PROCESSES, HANDLING RAW MATERIALS TO SUPPORT THE PROCESS, PERFORMING ADDITIONS TO PROCESS TANKS, COLLECTING SAMPLES FOR TANK AND PROCESS RELEASES, ENTERING INFORMATION INTO THE SAP SYSTEM, PERFORMING CLEANING AND ORGANIZATION IN THE WORK AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED STANDARDS FOR THE AREA, AND CARRYING OUT TASKS SAFELY AND ATTENTIVELY; **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * OPERATE AND ASSIST OTHER OPERATORS IN PLANT OPERATIONS, FOLLOWING THE SCHEDULE PREPARED BY PCP. OPERATE REACTORS AND EQUIPMENT WHEN PROPERLY TRAINED AND AUTHORIZED, USING OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES. PERFORM TANK TRANSFERS USING PRE-DETERMINED ROUTES, AS WELL AS SAMPLE COLLECTION. HANDLE RAW MATERIALS TO SUPPLY REACTORS AND PERFORM PROCESS ADDITIONS. CARRY OUT AREA CLEANING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AREA CLEANING SCHEDULE, MEETING HOUSEKEEPING STANDARDS. ADHERE TO THE 5S STANDARDS ESTABLISHED FOR YOUR WORK AREA. HANDLE RAW MATERIALS USING MOBILE EQUIPMENT. PROCESS DATA ENTRY IN THE DATABASE SPREADSHEET. ENTER INFORMATION INTO THE SAP SYSTEM FOR MATERIAL RELEASES AND TRANSFERS. **Qualifications** ------------------ ### High school diploma or equivalent. **Prior experience in the chemical industry is desirable.** At Cargill, every person matters.
