Proficiency in AUVO and Condfy systems We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work in condominiums, providing technical support and performing maintenance on security systems. Job Details: \* Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off \* Weekend on-call duty: every other weekend \* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation: \* R$ 6\.500,00 per month \* Fuel reimbursement \* Personal vehicle required Responsibilities: \* Addressing technical maintenance requests in condominiums. Requirements: \* Experience with CCTV systems \* Remote concierge services \* Gate maintenance \* Facial recognition readers \* Electric fences and security systems Preferred Qualifications: \* Proficiency in AUVO and Condfy systems.
