This is an essential role in ensuring security and order within our workspaces. The Access Controller will be responsible for managing and supervising personnel entry and exit control, as well as maintaining associated security systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to different company departments. Your primary responsibilities will include credential verification, monitoring of visitors and employees, and maintaining accurate access records. Additionally, you will collaborate with security teams to implement and update security policies, thereby ensuring a safe and protected work environment. Experience in access control system management is highly valued, as is knowledge of security legislation and risk management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail. You must hold a degree in Information Security, Administration, or related fields. Additional security certifications are considered an advantage.
