Job Summary: The professional will join the Integrated Construction Project Management team, responsible for managing and supervising all construction phases, monitoring schedules, and managing project documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Management and supervision of construction projects at all stages across the national territory 2. Application of Lean Construction methodologies to optimize execution 3. Active interface with internal and external departments, ensuring alignment You will be part of the **Integrated Construction Project Management team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Management and supervision of all construction phases: foundation, structure, building installations, HVAC, finishes, and final handover to the client—nationwide; * Monitoring and control of detailed schedules, including deviation tracking, risk analysis, and proposal of corrective action plans; * Periodic technical site inspections, issuing photographic and technical reports documenting non-conformities, physical progress, and outstanding construction items; * Construction documentation management, ensuring proper organization of designs, contracts, quantity surveying records, meeting minutes, and field logs; * Control of deadlines, costs, and quality, guaranteeing compliance with the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan; * Active interface with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and planning), ensuring smooth approvals and decision-making; * Application of **Lean Construction Planning** methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency; * Coordination of suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among suppliers; * Participation in **in-person and remote meetings** with clients, designers, and contractors, ensuring technical and strategic alignment; * Assurance of sound construction practices, occupational safety, and execution quality in accordance with applicable **ABNT and NR standards.** **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for design visualization; * Availability to work outside standard business hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing retail-sector construction projects; * Personal vehicle available for travel to construction sites when required; * Valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** Swile Card – Flexible Benefits Program Health Insurance – Sulamérica (for employee and dependents) Dental Insurance – Sulamérica (for employee and dependents) Cuid@r Self-Care – intelligent app offering personalized health care and well-being solutions Life Insurance Total Pass Birthday Day Off Hybrid work model Necessary equipment provided for job performance Maternity and Paternity Leave Partnerships with Educational Institutions At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
