It is an environment where project management lies at the core of the business, and where each professional has the opportunity to make a real impact on delivering significant construction projects, within a robust, organized, and highly performance-driven structure. **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Postgraduate degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of construction processes, construction phases, and physical-financial schedules; * Ability to read and critically analyze schedules; * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT) and basic understanding of construction contracts, scope, and change order management; * Proficiency in MS Project for project analysis and Excel; * Experience in construction and construction management; * Experience monitoring schedules, analyzing deviations, and attending construction meetings; * Strong communication skills and resilience, with critical thinking ability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Thoroughly understand client (developer or end-client) needs and expectations, asking necessary questions to ensure alignment before and during construction; * Analyze and validate the construction schedule and planning prepared by the contractor or execution team, identifying inconsistencies, risks, and deviations from contractual terms; * Monitor construction progress via schedules, reports, and weekly site visits, verifying adherence to the schedule, quality, and defined scope; * Lead periodic meetings with construction teams, evaluating deliverables, requesting adjustments, and documenting decisions; * Ensure technical and administrative aspects of the construction are accurate, up-to-date, and meet client requirements; * Validate procurement requests, analyzing scope, cost justification, and contract compliance, identifying variations and requesting corrections when needed; * Monitor the construction communication cycle, ensuring information flows correctly among all stakeholders; * Prepare periodic monitoring reports with critical analysis of physical, financial, and administrative progress; * Analyze construction financial performance, identifying cost deviations, unplanned change orders, and budget overrun risks; * Draft and respond to technical, internal, and administrative emails clearly, precisely, and with appropriate documentation of communications; * Adapt to diverse client profiles, teams, and construction phases, maintaining a proactive and resilient attitude when facing unforeseen events. **ABOUT THE POSITION:** **Compensation:** R$6,000.00 to R$7,000.00 (PJ) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, during business hours **Location:** Cidade Monções, São Paulo - SP Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
