Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsWorthTreating** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Analyze, develop, monitor, and review engineering projects of varying complexity levels, considering technical, operational, regulatory, and quality requirements. * Support the development of engineering solutions for new installations, modifications, improvements, expansions, and optimizations of processes and utilities. * Participate in planning, controlling, and monitoring project phases—including scope, deadlines, interfaces, technical documentation, and deliverables. * Prepare, review, and manage engineering technical documents such as descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, reports, lists, flowcharts, drawings, and other project-related documents. * Ensure interdisciplinary engineering coordination, guaranteeing integration among architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, utilities, process, and automation disciplines, as applicable. * Ensure projects comply with technical standards, internal standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Interface with internal departments—including Production, Quality, Validation, Maintenance, Occupational Safety, Procurement, and Operations—to identify needs and align technical solutions. * Support technical procurement processes, proposal analysis, supplier monitoring, and evaluation of deliverables from engineering firms and contractors. * Monitor field implementation of projects, verifying adherence to scope, technical compliance, and deviation resolution. * Participate in technical meetings, site visits, assessments, and definition of solutions for operational and engineering improvements. * Support change control processes, document management, and updating of technical archives related to projects. * Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, standardization of documentation, and strengthening of project management practices. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering. * Experience in developing, analyzing, and monitoring engineering projects in industrial environments. * Experience with engineering projects of varying complexity levels. * Knowledge of engineering technical documentation and project control. * Familiarity with applicable technical standards and quality requirements for regulated industrial environments.
