Job Summary: Customer service and sales professional responsible for prospecting clients, negotiating, and tracking orders, supporting external sales representatives. Key Highlights: 1. Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.000,25 Bonus: R$1\.500,00 On-site meals (breakfast and lunch) Transportation Allowance \\ Shuttles from Campinas, Jundiaí, Hortolândia, Louveira, and other regions) Main Responsibilities: * Proactive and reactive phone calls; * Customer registration, quotations, and negotiations; * Client prospecting; * Support to external sales representatives (e\-mail, WhatsApp, and phone); * End-to-end order tracking (finance, logistics, tax, etc.); * Complete customer service. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Brief experience in sales or customer service.
