**Job Description:** \- Responsible for receiving parts returned by customers under warranty, verifying the received control versus product and checking whether the parts are still within the validity period stipulated by the manufacturer. \- Conducts tests, loads, and analyses to issue an opinion (report) on the validity of the warranty claim. After analysis, registers the parts in the system and monitors shipment coordination with logistics. When necessary, maintains telephone contact with customers regarding the status of the analysis. \- Performs palletization of defective items and issues documentation for return to the factory. \- Responsible for controlling consumables in the area, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of their work environment and shared spaces. \- Replaces new batteries and handles warranty services for end customers during door-to-door service, if required. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education \- Experience in the role Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
