Support and provide resources to the team to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of operational results, as well as disseminate management routines cascaded to the shift level, such as Autonomous Maintenance, requirements of the AMPS (Ardagh Metal Production System), and other requirements and agreements communicated by immediate management or the corporation **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree Industrial sector experience Leadership experience
