Job Summary: An Access Controller monitors and controls the entry and exit of people, vehicles, or goods, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. Key Highlights: 1. Access registration and monitoring The Access Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling access to people, vehicles, or goods at designated locations, ensuring security and adherence to company-established policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Entry and Exit Control:** Monitor the flow of people and vehicles, ensuring only authorized individuals may enter or exit the premises. * **Reception and Guidance:** Receive visitors, collect their identification information, and provide necessary information or guidance. * **Registration and Monitoring:** Record information in the access control system, such as entry and exit times, visitor identification, or service provider details. * **Document Inspection:** Verify the authenticity of identification documents, ID badges, and other security requirements. * **Premises Security Oversight:** Identify suspicious behavior and alert security personnel when necessary.
