Development and qualification of new suppliers **Description:** We are seeking a Purchasing Analyst to strategically procure raw materials, components, equipment, and services for production. The professional will be responsible for ensuring purchases are executed with quality, on schedule, and at optimal cost-effectiveness, aligning production requirements with efficient inventory management. Conduct supplier quotations and negotiations; develop and qualify new suppliers to secure better commercial terms, quality, and delivery timelines; evaluate technical and commercial proposals to ensure optimal selection for production processes; monitor supplier performance, tracking quality, delivery schedules, and service levels; maintain inventory control and collaborate with the production department to align material requirements and forecasted consumption; focus on cost reduction and continuous improvement of purchasing processes; perform basic tax analysis (municipal, state, and federal taxes) applicable to procurement activities; utilize the ERP system (TOTVS Protheus) for purchase order management, requisitions, and master data maintenance. 2511060202271490578
