Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Assist in the production process according to manufacturing techniques and standard operating procedures, aiming to obtain products compliant with specifications and aligned with the company's established standards; * Properly perform cleaning, hygiene, and sanitization of equipment, containers, and production tools used during production phases, ensuring no cross-contamination occurs and complying with internal company procedures and inspection department requirements; * Verify the integrity of equipment and tools used in the area, ensuring periodic checks per standard operating procedures and cleaning/inspection standards to preserve them and guarantee proper functioning during use; * Maintain the production area, corridors, and storage locations for semi-finished products, bulk, and raw materials clean and organized; properly position Bins, barrels, and equipment; and keep workbenches, cabinets, shelves, and tools organized and correctly labeled; * Perform weighing and removal of waste from the area, complete all relevant documentation, transport it to the production waste disposal area, and inform the cleaning team responsible for removing waste from the production area; * Assist operators by inspecting blisters, sachets, or bottles, observing technical imperfections in blistering or filling and errors in batch and expiry date identification, segregating compromised portions to ensure product integrity and quality; * Assist the tooling technician in cleaning and organizing punches, dies, and blistering tooling, helping maintain a clean and organized tooling area; * Review tablets, coated tablets, capsules, and blisters as needed, identifying and isolating deformities to ensure product quality; * Review production documentation, identifying operational errors and requesting corrections from area staff; * Enter productivity data for manufactured batches into the OEE spreadsheet, ensuring optimal tracking for the department’s productivity indicator. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed high school education. **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, or food industry within Operations, preferably in Packaging; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **\+ Details** Work Location (Base): Embu das Artes \- SP Shift Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:20 PM) / 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:20 PM) / 3rd Shift (10:20 PM – 6:00 AM) **For Libbs Employees** * Applications will be accepted until **05/05/2026**; * Preferred qualifications may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in different internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for You!** * Meal Voucher; * Food Voucher; * Libbs Medications – 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit – Vidalink; * PPR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable for shift-based roles and subject to availability of routes serving regions located within a straight-line radius of up to 40 km from the facility); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, and food allowance).
