The primary responsibility is to organize the layout together with the maître or Assistant Manager according to reservations and offer customers the best available seating options based on their preferences or needs. You will greet customers, register orders in the system, and process payments, ensuring an enjoyable purchasing experience. **Daily Routine** * Cash register opening; * Reservation control; * Confirm reservations for the day and prepare tables as needed; * Update the reservation system with new information; * Greet customers in a friendly and hospitable manner; * Remind customers about the cover charge amount / buffet timing; * Inform customers about estimated wait times and table availability when necessary; * Register orders and collect payments; * Maintain visual oversight of table occupancy; * Efficiently manage waiting lines; * Keep accurate daily transaction records. ***Work Location: Ninetto Eldorado*** Requirements: * Education: Completed High School; * Relevant work experience; * Courses in reception, customer service, or related fields are a plus. **Competencies** * Basic mathematical knowledge; * Organization and attention to detail; * Leadership and assertiveness; * Good interpersonal skills; * Agility and proactivity; * Ability to work under pressure; * Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
