Description

Main responsibilities * Customer service and relationship management via WhatsApp, phone, and video calls; * Presentation and sale of digital marketing consulting packages, following a structured sales script and process; * Lead qualification and guiding customers to closure; * Updating information in the CRM; * Monitoring negotiations and commercial follow-ups. * Organizing the procurement process and planning. * Issuing and managing the order portfolio; * Providing administrative/commercial support to the shipping department; * Registering new suppliers; * Aligning with suppliers; * Tracking orders; * Analyzing basic order conditions; * Confirming orders based on the procurement closing checklist; * Conducting order follow-ups with suppliers Working hours * Monday to Friday Desired profile * Aggressive sales-oriented profile, yet organized and professional; * Strong verbal communication skills, clear and didactic speech; * Prior experience in commercial/sales roles; * Basic computer literacy; * Knowledge of or familiarity with CRM systems; * Proactivity, results orientation, and commitment.
