Ensure that the institution’s construction, renovation, and adaptation projects are planned and executed safely, with quality and technical compliance, guaranteeing clinical and administrative environments suitable for operational, regulatory, and strategic business requirements. This position directly contributes to the safe continuity of healthcare services, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and support for the expansion and modernization of hospital infrastructure. Conduct technical inspections, needs assessments, and structural diagnostics. Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, descriptive memoranda, and technical reports. Supervise construction, renovation, and adaptation projects in clinical and administrative areas. Oversee suppliers, contractors, and contracts to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. Interpret and review architectural, complementary, and structural drawings.
