Then come on in!** **Responsibilities and Duties** *Retail store experience, aesthetics, standardization, guidelines, execution, and non-cooperative graphic production* * Translate brand positioning into clear aesthetic guidelines covering product display, window displays, and store environments. * Ensure consistent visual standards across the entire network, considering store clusters, store size, architecture, sales potential, and seasonality. * Develop, update, and organize manuals, guides, OBMs (Operational Best Practices), and reference materials—including step-by-step instructions, photos, technical guidelines, application examples, and visual directives—applicable to the entire network. * Establish workflows for installation, maintenance, and renewal of window displays, campaigns, store environments, and activations—including national schedules, responsible parties, checklists, and audits via photos and store visits. * Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to design the physical layout of stores: category distribution, “golden zones,” focus products, ideal customer journeys, and strategic display opportunities. * Lead special environment projects (e.g., façades, themed areas, licensed spaces, experiential corners), ensuring aesthetic coherence and operational feasibility. * Oversee all non-cooperative graphic production: POS materials, stickers, wobblers, banners, toppers, window displays, and store environments—from briefing through delivery. * Work directly with Procurement to approve, negotiate, and monitor suppliers (printers, installers, regional partners), aiming for cost reduction, agility, and quality. * Identify opportunities for decentralized production with regional suppliers to reduce freight costs and increase speed—while maintaining strict visual standards. * Serve as the technical reference for regional offices and stores regarding execution, product display, store environments, and material application. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid Visual Merchandising experience in retail, combining strategic vision with point-of-sale execution * Team management experience and strong interaction with stores and regional offices to ensure alignment and execution consistency * Planning and implementation of seasonal in-store campaigns, linking brand strategy with commercial performance * Refined aesthetic sense and critical eye for product presentation, store layout, and customer journey * Visual Merchandising project management—including briefing, development, and supplier coordination for materials * Technical and analytical knowledge, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for reading architectural plans, and Excel for data control and analysis **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance & food allowance * Transportation voucher * Profit Sharing and Results Program * Product discount * Life insurance * Wellhub and Totalpass partnership—gym network access **What else will you find here?** * Birthday day off * Remote work (hybrid work model) * Remote work stipend **So, are you ready to join us?
