Supports medical and caregiving teams The **administrative assistant** is a fundamental role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, guaranteeing that healthcare services are delivered with organization, agility, and efficiency. Although their work often takes place behind the scenes, its impact is directly reflected in the quality of patient care and support provided to medical and caregiving teams. **Salary:** R$1\.805,00 **Work Schedule:** 180 hours (12x36 \- night shift) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and archive administrative documents using both physical filing systems and unit-adopted digital systems to ensure information remains easily accessible; * Monitor material inventory levels and request replenishments as needed, using spreadsheets or unit-adopted systems, to ensure supplies remain consistently available; * Receive patients and companions, providing information about procedures and guiding them through hospital workflows to ensure agile and efficient service delivery; * Assist with daily tasks such as form completion, document scanning, and photocopying to support the smooth operation of hospital activities; * Help compile performance and productivity indicators by collecting data and updating spreadsheets to ensure tracking of hospital goals and outcomes; * Attend to and direct internal/external stakeholders, providing information and routing requests while maintaining regularity, confidentiality, and data privacy; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical certification in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Benefits** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Cafeteria; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC; * Wellhub; * DayOff. **IMED** is a non-profit social organization dedicated to promoting public health.
